Health and Human Services Undersecretary Rachel Levin is a very important person.

“She” (Levine is a biological transgender man, born Richard Levine) has now made a bold statement about a major issue that exclusively affects the Black community.

It’s climate change. Specifically affecting the black community worse than other communities.

Thank goodness someone is finally talking about this important topic!

You can’t make this up

Remember, this tax season, when Americans pay trillions to the U.S. government, your dollars will pay Levine’s salary.

But enough of that. Levine has actually achieved a woke trifecta: A Transgender government official warns about climate change that affects black Americans worse, in some ways, than all other Americans.

You can’t really make this stuff up.

Does climate change stop changing when it reaches white, Latino or Asian communities?

How does the climate know that borders exist between certain racial communities when the United States federal government does not believe any type of border exists?

It’s all so amazing.

Levine said, with a straight face: “Climate change is having a disproportionate effect on the physical and mental health of Black communities.”

Oh really? Oh really.

Levin said:

Hello, I’m Admiral Rachel Levine.

This Black History Month, I am pleased to partner with OMH to promote better health through a better understanding of Black communities.

Climate change is having a disproportionate effect on the physical and mental health of Black communities.

Black Americans are more likely than white Americans to live in housing areas that increase their susceptibility to climate-related health problems, and 65% of Black Americans report feeling anxious about the impact of climate change.

Through our Office of Climate Change and Health Equity and Office of Environmental Justice, we are working with providers and community leaders to identify innovative approaches that empower communities to address the health consequences related to climate change.

Wow! It sounds pretty serious.

This is an adult person who holds a high position in the official government of the United States.

God help us.
